One negotiation, on behalf of a community of millions.

Together and Stronger Member Services selects, negotiates and manages the provider partnerships behind the Together and Stronger member card — travel home, insurance, remittances, pharmacy, groceries, telecoms and everyday savings. Every partnership is held to one standard: it has to be worth a member’s trust.

What we do

Four ways we turn a membership into value.

The model the largest affinity organisations use — applied, for the first time, to a community no one has built it for.

01

Provider partnerships

We source and negotiate member pricing with insurers, airlines, remittance networks, pharmacies, grocers, telecoms and restaurants — then manage each relationship so the saving actually appears at checkout.

02

Brand licensing & quality control

Products that carry the Together and Stronger mark are approved through Together and Stronger Member Services, reviewed against four standards before launch and every year after.

03

Marketing & audience services

Multilingual campaigns, weekly member offers and association-by-association outreach that reach foreign-born households the way they get their news — in their language, through people they trust.

Product innovation

Benefits designed around life in a foreign-born household: trips home, remittance-friendly accounts, group health and auto cover, final-expense and repatriation programmes.

An international organisation

Built to stand alongside the largest affinity organisations in the world.

Together and Stronger Member Services is structured as an international partnerships organisation from day one: one negotiating desk for providers, regional programmes for members, and a card that is valid across the network.

  • 1One partner desk for the whole network — a provider signs once and reaches every region.
  • 2Regional houses are online on every continent — Americas, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa, West Asia, Central Asia, India, China, East Asia and Oceania — each signing local partners at local pricing.
  • 3Multilingual by design — English, Spanish and French today, ten languages planned.
  • 4Four standards applied identically in every market, reviewed every year.
  • 5Member data never leaves the network; partners reach members through the programme, not through lists.
Partner standards

Four standards. Reviewed before launch, and every year after.

Value

A member benefit must beat what the same person could get alone. If it does not, we do not sign it.

Quality

Service, complaints and delivery are reviewed before launch and re-reviewed every year.

Member first

No product is designed around what a provider wants to sell. It starts with what members need.

Accessibility

Explained in plain language, in members’ own languages, redeemable with one card anywhere.

How it works

From proposal to a benefit on the card in four steps.

1

Proposal

Tell us what you would offer members. We answer every proposal within two business days.

2

Review

Your offer is measured against the four standards and the member need in its category.

3

Agreement & launch

Terms, brand use and service levels are agreed; the benefit goes live on the card and in three languages.

4

Annual review

Delivery, complaints and value are reviewed every year. Strong partners grow with the network.

What we stand for

Stronger communities. We are stronger together. Together we stand.

Stronger communitiesWe are stronger togetherTogether we standTogether, we will always be stronger
Every partner that signs makes the next negotiation stronger for members, and every member that joins makes the next partnership more valuable. That is the whole model — and it is why we hold every programme to one standard: it has to be worth a member’s trust.
A welcome to our partners

Why partner

Twenty-one reasons to sign up as a partner today.

01

A market no programme has served

Forty-five million people in the United States have a foreign-born story, and no affinity programme has ever been built for them. Founding partners define the category.

02

One negotiation, one audience

You sign once and reach the whole network — every association, every region, every language — instead of building community relationships one by one.

03

Community-referred, not cold

Members arrive through the associations, churches and clubs they already trust. A benefit recommended by a community leader converts differently from an advert.

04

Multilingual by design

Your offer is presented in English, Spanish and French from day one, with more languages added as each community joins — at no cost to you.

05

High-intent spending categories

Our members already spend heavily on flights home, remittances, insurance, phone plans and pharmacy — the exact categories you serve.

06

Household, not individual

One membership covers every adult and child in a household. Your benefit reaches families, not single accounts.

07

Founding-partner status

Early partners are named as founding providers, placed first in their category and featured across the network as it opens region by region.

08

Category placement, not a crowded marketplace

Each benefit slot is placed in a category and measured on member value — your offer is not one of hundreds fighting for attention.

09

Weekly offers on the card

Your promotions can ride the weekly member offers, delivered by WhatsApp and updated automatically on the digital card.

10

A card that redeems anywhere

A QR/barcode member card on every phone means member pricing works at checkout, in store and online, without new hardware.

11

Association-by-association outreach

We introduce your programme at association meetings, in the language of the room, through people members already know.

12

Regional expansion built in

Houses are already online on every continent. A partner who joins now grows with the network instead of renegotiating later.

13

Clear standards, clear reviews

Four published standards — value, quality, member first, accessibility — reviewed before launch and every year. You always know where you stand.

14

Member data stays protected

Partners reach members through the programme, never through lists. That protection is exactly why members trust the benefits you offer.

15

Brand licensing for qualifying products

Products that meet the standards may carry the Together and Stronger mark — a signal of trust in communities where trust is everything.

16

A two-business-day answer

Every proposal receives a reply from the partnerships team within two business days. No black hole.

17

Compliance-aware from the start

Insurance and financial programmes are structured around the licensed provider; we do not sell, issue or administer, and the copy says so.

18

Loyalty that lasts

Membership renews yearly with a reminder; the audience is stable, not a one-time campaign list.

19

Voice, chat and human support

Members can ask about your benefit through the AI receptionist, the assistant and a human desk — in three languages — so questions never block a redemption.

20

Measured, shared results

Redemption and satisfaction data on your programme are shared with you at every annual review, so the partnership improves instead of drifting.

21

A mission worth being seen with

Your programme helps families face the hardest moments — a death far from home, a hospital bill, a scam — as part of a network whose purpose is simple: stronger communities, stronger together.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is Together and Stronger Member Services?

The partnerships arm of Together and Stronger. It selects, negotiates and manages the products and provider partnerships offered to members; the programmes serve the Together and Stronger mission.

Is Together and Stronger Member Services the same as Together and Stronger?

No. Together and Stronger is the membership organisation — it sets the mission, serves members and runs the association network. Together and Stronger Member Services is the company that builds and manages the commercial benefits. They share a name and a purpose, not an identity.

How do I get the member discounts?

Join Together and Stronger at togetherandstronger.org. Once you are a member, use your card — on your phone or printed — with any participating provider.

How can my company become a provider?

Send a proposal through the form above or email contact@tasmemberservices.org. Every submission is reviewed against four standards: value, quality, member first and accessibility.

Can an association from another country participate?

Yes. The programme is built so associations from every country and continent can bring their members in and unlock benefits for them, and so associations can help each other in extreme situations.

How is the brand licensed?

Under a written agreement, for qualifying products only, reviewed against the four standards before launch and every year after.

What does each partnership level cost?

Terms depend on the programme line, the houses covered and the service levels agreed. They are set out in a written agreement and shared with each prospective partner on request.

Can we partner in one region only?

Yes. A Regional Partner chooses the houses it serves, and a Category Partner can start with one programme slot in one house and extend later.

Do partners receive member lists?

No. Partners reach members through the programme — the card, the weekly offers, the catalogue and association introductions. Member information is never sold, rented or shared.
